Co-founded Evolution Healthcare in 2011 and acquired, opened or turned around over 40 private hospital and healthcare businesses and acquired several healthcare businesses, both publicly listed and privately owned. Andrew is a founding partner of Roc Partners and co-founded CHAMP Ventures between 1992-2007 where he led 18 deals and had exposure to 60+ direct investments (generating >40% IRR), 5 IPOs and received 4 Australian Investment Council awards.

Ben has spent 24 years in healthcare owning, managing and improving over 50 private hospitals and healthcare businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
Founded Healthe Care in 2005 and co-founded Evolution Healthcare in 2011. Currently, he is the Executive Chair of Healthe Care and Director of Evolution and InfoMedix.
Ben is also a Director of the Australian Private Hospitals Association (APHA). Prior to entering healthcare Ben worked at Deutsche Bank in London and practised as the lawyer in Queensland. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
Bevan Tas
Bevan joined Santé Capital in 2015 and is responsible for assessing potential investment opportunities, transaction due diligence and execution, and the ongoing monitoring and management of Santé Capital’s investments.
Over the past 9 years, he has managed the acquisition and divestment of over 40 private hospital and healthcare businesses across Australia and New Zealand, as well as active involvement and collaboration with portfolio company management teams in executing their growth strategies. He is also a Director of InfoMedix.
Prior to joining Santé Capital, Bevan started his career at KPMG within the Corporate Finance team where he provided transaction advisory and valuation services across the real estate, infrastructure and retail sectors. Bevan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance).
