Established Healthe Care in 2005. Between 2005 to 2011, Healthe grew into Australia’s largest privately owned, for-profit hospital network generating $250 million revenue and employing over 2,000 staff across 12 hospitals.

Successfully exited in 2011 delivering a strong return to investors due mostly to brownfield expansion and new services including mental health, cardiology, comprehensive rehabilitation and oncology.

Established Evolution Healthcare in 2011 starting with two assets in NSW, Australia. Over the proceeding decade, we successfully acquired and established a further 20 private hospitals and healthcare businesses across Australia and New Zealand and following the successful divestment of the Australian assets Evolution is now New Zealand’s second largest private healthcare operator.

Through Evolution Healthcare, we developed the first private mental health facility in the Illawarra region (South Coast, NSW) and was our fourth Mental Health facility we had developed or managed. We identified the Wollongong region as key unmet demand opportunity. South Coast Private was established and opened in May 2013 and has subsequently developed into a leading mental health facility offering a broad array of treatments and therapy.

Successfully divested a majority ownership in Evolution Healthcare to QIC and ART in 2022.

Co-investing with Pacific Equity Partners in 2022, we successfully re-acquired Healthe Care in 2022.
